Tea time

Temperature outside does not spoil us. In the air one sense the slowly approaching winter, and summer is just a fading memory. Time to pull out warm sweaters, scarves and gloves from the closet. What should we do to avoid cold and sick? We have a tasty way. Nothing will warm us and add strength, even on the coldest day, so much as the delicious healthy tea.

A cup of fragrant tea is soothing for the soul and body. Autumn warming infusions can be composed in many different ways, depending on our tastes. Black tea blends perfectly with cinnamon, cloves and ginger. The smell of these additives brings to mind the upcoming Christmas. If you want to enrich the taste, you can add the chopped citrus, apple, dried cranberries, jam with raspberry or elderberry, which are very rich source of vitamin C. You can sweeten it with a spoon of healthy honey.

If you prefer green tee, then add some citrus zest. You can also warm up with the herbal tea, such as linden flower with dried raspberries and wild rose.

Spicy tea with orange

  • cup of hot brewed black Earl Gray tea
  • 1 cm piece of ginger
  • cinnamon stick
  • orange slice
  • 8 pieces of cloyes
  • some cherry syrup + 2 tablespoons cherry syrup

Brew tea with cinnamon stick, peeled and sliced ginger and half of cloves. Add the halved orange slice with the rest of cloves added in the orange peel, the lemon and cherries with syrup. The tea can be sweetened as desired.

Green tea with lemon and ginger 

  • teaspoon of green tea
  • lemon peel
  • slice fresh ginger

Ingredients pour water with a temperature of about 90 ° C, leave brew covered for about 5 minutes.

Black tea with apple, cinnamon and honey

  • teaspoon of black tea
  • 2 slices of apples
  • cinnamon
  • 2 cloyes
  • teaspoon of honey

Put the ingredients into the boiling water and hand under cover about 4 minutes. Season with a teaspoon of honey.
